What is the Jigsaw Genie® frame made of?

Our frame is made of 1” wide styrene plastic produced by injection molding.

Your frame is adjustable? How does this work?

Parts included contain Corners pieces with 6" legs and additional sections of 4", 3”, 2" & 1" pieces. As you can imagine, you can frame any size puzzle or art by just adding sections upon sections. Our frame can be assembled to accommodate puzzles from 6" to 9 feet.

How do I know what size adjustable frame to order for my puzzle?

If you multiply the length times the width of your puzzle and it is

420 sq in or less - order #ZPF-500
676 sq in or less - order #ZPF-1000
890 sq in or less - order #ZPF-1500

Remember to round up any fraction to the next whole number before you multiply.

What if my puzzle doesn’t fit any frames shown on your website?

Just send us your puzzle measurements, usually found on puzzle box and we will send you a quote for custom packaging your size puzzle. Please also include your color choice (black or Natural).

Our quotes are good for 30 days.

How many frame sections are inside a #ZPF-500 Adjustable Frame?

There are 20 pieces of frame: (4) Corner pieces - (4) 4” pieces - (4) 3” pieces -

(4) 2” pieces and (4) 1” pieces.

How many frame sections are inside a #ZPF-1000 Adjustable Frame?

There are 24 pieces of frame: (4) Corner pieces - (8) 4” pieces - (4) 3” pieces - (4) 2” pieces and (4) 1” pieces.

How many frame sections are inside a #ZPF-1500 Adjustable Frame?

There are 28 pieces of frame: (4) Corner pieces - (12) 4” pieces - (4) 3” pieces - (4) 2” pieces and (4) 1” pieces.

How can I identify the Length of the parts I am working with?
